The upcoming trailer for Chappie was reviewed on October 30, 2014 and it will clock in at 1:56 minutes. Alberta rates the trailer as PG, a unique classification compared to Blomkamp's other films District 9 and Elysium which received 14A ratings in certain parts of Canada. This could mean Chappie really will be rated PG-13 in the United States as opposed to a hard R as is the case with Blomkamp's first two movies. It does make sense considering Chappie is a childish robot and you can see his childish drawings in the banner above. It's also an opportunity for Sony to market the movie for both younger and older audiences to perhaps increase box office power and accessibility.

Rien de bien neuf, on sent une grosse vibe robocop meet wall-e mais si il réussi le parfait mix d'influences à la District 9, ça va envoyer
