Need to read between the lines a bit.

Let's think about it in terms of McWeeny's original report...

1. WB is unhappy with Batman v Superman - the trailer is misrepresenting what the movie is and they're "unsure" how to classify what Snyder has actually given them - seems to be true, as evidenced by the tricks with the embargo and the huge fan screenings and the fact that the movie is clearly divisive, as contemplated by McWeeny's report.

2. Ben Affleck's Batman movie will be moved up to 2017 to replace Justice League - There's been a huge change in rhetoric over the last week in relation to the solo Batman movie. Around the release of the movie, Affleck was very coy about it and seemed to suggest he was exploring ideas etc. Now his agent is coming out publicly promotiong a script that Affleck has finished which is "really cool", and noting publicly that Affleck has not signed for a solo film. Live by Night is currently in post-production. Batfleck could easily get an already scripted Batman movie out by 2017, especially considering costume work and set design (bat cave, Wayne residence) etc. is largely already done. And it's bizzare for an agent to come out publicly and say this. To me, it looks like a last minute deal is coming together - put it out there on the net, have people begging for it and Affleck's position is so much stronger in negotiations. I think this could be in progress.

3. Zack Snyder will be replaced - George Miller signed on as producer lately. As late as last month he was making comments which alluded to Justice League being the one that got away, and also alluded to the fact that his relationship with WB had not soured over the project. This is pure speculation, but he has nothing on his plate...

- Matt Reeves (Dawn of the Plant of the Apes), Duncan Jones (Moon) and Rian Johnson (Star Wars Ep. have been approached about Green Lantern Corps. No villain has been chosen as of yet. Will include both Hal Jordan and John Stewart.

- Cyborg is on the back burner until JL provides feeback on the public's reception of Cyborg. If it happens, it will have a black director. No villain has been chosen yet.

- Ben Affleck is going to direct the Batman film. He has been writing it and will include Jared Leto as the Joker.

- Suicide Squad 2 is going to happen in 2018 or 2019.

- Wonder Woman will include Ares and Circe.

- Doomsday will return.

- George Miller is producing JL, but hasn't decided to direct a DC film.

- Dark Universe is currently dead.

- Blue and Gold is an infant project, won't come out earlier than 2019.

- 3 films have started early development. These films are Deathstroke, Birds of Prey and Legion of Superheroes.

Yes, je trouve ça chouette aussi, mais faut pas oublier que le monsieur, il bosse sur les séries CW (avec des moyen hauts et des très bas donc...) et qu'il était affilié au GL de 2011...
